The delivery is free for France and Europe. The delivery is made with Colissimo with or without signature or in a relay point.
Delivery fees for countries outside the European zone are calculated according to the carrier’s price list. Customs fees may apply according to the tariffs in force and are charged to customers.
Delivery is made within 4 to 5 weeks.
You have the possibility to adjust your garment at a seamstress. These expenses will be taken in charge under presentation of the invoice. We accept product returns in case of non-conformity or manufacturing defect. For any complaint, please send an email to contact@that-original.com.
