Personalization

Where do I start?

All collections are presented on the home page. The details of each one can be found on their product sheet from the collection tab.

We advise you to go through our questionnaire in order to be able to propose you style inspirations that suit you the best.

You can also go directly to our virtual salon from the “Personalization” tab on the top left.

What are the model information?

The model is size 38 and measures 169 cm in total. Her chest is 94 cm. Her hip circumference is equal to 102 cm.
The model allows you to project yourself at 360°, see the fall of your creation. You can also see the different lengths of sleeves and bottoms. All modifications are visible instantly.

You can also zoom in on the smallest details. Thus the texture of the material will be more visible.

How does personalization work?

You can access our lounge directly from the “Personalization” page. You can then choose from the different collections. Then browse freely between the different tabs to choose the material, the bottom and add sleeves (optional).

All changes are instantly visible on the model. You can view it in 360°. Hold down the left click to turn the model to your liking.

The “Model” button at the top left of the show allows you to show or hide the mannequin. You also have a front / back view.

Can I be helped by someone?

You can contact us from our contact page or send us a message to contact@that-original.com. You can also contact us directly via Whatsapp.

We would be happy to assist you throughout the process.

The fabrics

Can I use my own fabric?

You can send us a sample of your fabric so that we can confirm the feasibility. If the fabric is suitable, we can use it to make your piece.

Is the fabric rendering close to reality?

Yes, the rendering of the fabric is as close to reality as possible. All the information and material details are in the page “Our fabrics”.

You can zoom in to see all the details. The video format allows you to see the fluidity, the texture and the print of the fabric.

If you have any doubt, you can order a free sample.

The colors of the fabrics may vary depending on your screen and its resolution. We advise you to look at the photos in order to see the rendering. Satin is a material with color variations depending on the light. It is unfortunately not yet possible to have exactly this rendering on the model.

Can I request a fabric sample?

Yes, you can request a free fabric sample from the “Personalization” page and above the “Fabric” tab.
The samples will be sent via La Poste. Depending on the delay, they can be received within 1 to 2 weeks. There is no tracking number for these shipments.

Where can I find the washing instructions?

Washing instructions can be found under “Fabrics” and then under the fabrics page. You can also consult the page “Our fabric tips”.

If you have any doubts about the care of your garment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are your fabrics eco-friendly?

A large part of our fabrics are upcycling fabrics. This means that we buy from existing stocks to avoid new production. This is why availability is very limited. If you like a design or a color, we recommend that you place an order quickly.

In order to guarantee an available stock of basic colors, we buy some materials in Italy. We pay attention to the origin and the production conditions.

Taking measurements

Can I measure myself?

Yes, you can measure yourself. You will find a guide to taking measurements on the “Size Guide” page. The measurements of each product are also mentioned there.

Can I go to a tailor to get measured?

You can go to a tailor and ask him to take your measurements. We strongly recommend that you follow our instructions so that you are on the same basis. There are different methods of taking measurements in different tailors and countries. The way measurements are taken may vary depending on the tailor’s habits and/or the country.

What happens if the size does not fit?

Some doubts may arise when ordering online. We are confident that if you follow our measuring guide and product measurements, the garment will fit your size. If in doubt, we recommend that you go up a size.

If the size you receive does not fit, you have the possibility to go to a alteration shop to have certain parts altered. We will take care of the costs up to 25€.

The payment

What are the payment methods?

We accept all the classic means of payment: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Credit Card. The payment via Paypal or Paypal in 4 times is also available.

Unfortunately it is not possible to pay with several credit cards.

Are the payments secure?

Yes, all your data and transactions are secure. We integrate an SSL-EV encryption process that allows the secure transmission of your data.

The delivery

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver your orders in France and in Europe.

If your destination is not on this list, please send us your request to contact@that-original.com

How long does it take to deliver?

We manufacture and deliver between 4 and 5 weeks. Depending on the time of year, such as during the holiday season, delivery times may be longer. In this case, you will be informed.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery in France and Europe is free.

For all destinations outside, delivery costs depend on the carrier’s price list.

The delivery costs will be indicated at the time of payment.

What are the customs fees?

Once the order is confirmed, all costs should be covered. For some countries, customs fees apply. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

The preservation of the environment is important to us. We do our best to act in the best way.

The packaging is produced in an environmentally friendly way. The boxes are produced in Italy with 100% biodegradable, 100% vegetable and 100% recyclable materials. The packaging formats are optimized in size and format.

The brand and size labels also come from Italy and are made from recycled polyester.

Where can I create my account?

You can create your account from the “Account” tab at the top right and then under “Register”. Once you have filled in your information, you will receive an email to validate your account and create a password.

Where can I request a new password?

Your login is your email address.
To receive a new password, click on “My Account” at the top right of the page, then on “Forgot Password”. Once you have entered your email address, we will send you a new password. You can change your password from your account in “Account Details”.

How do I change my account information?

Log in to your account with your username (your email). You can then change your information. In the “My account” section you will find information such as your address, phone numbers, past orders…

How are the personal information in my account used?

All the information in your account are only used in the framework of your commercial relationship with That Original.

You have at any time the right to access, modify, rectify and delete the data that concern you according to the article 34 of the French law “informatique et libertés ” of January 6th 1978.
